What Airffic Checklist is

Pre-flight checks, closing the shop, loading equipment. The same steps, in the same order, every time. Things get missed not because people do not know the steps but because today they were in a hurry. Airffic Checklist turns a fixed procedure into a template you tick from the top each time. Tick everything and it says Done.

One line of the template is one item, so pasting an existing list makes a template as it is. Two examples are included, "Before leaving for the site" and "Closing", which you can try straight away. History records when you ran which template and how many items you ticked.

The same template always appears in the same order. No randomness, no rewards, no nagging. Our rule is that safety-related checks never contain anything that "might or might not appear". It works without signing in, in which case records stay in this browser.

How to use it

  1. 1Make a templateA name and one item per line. Pasting works.
  2. 2Tick from the topUnder Today, choose a template and tick each item as it is done. Tick them all and you are done.
  3. 3Record itFinish and record adds it to history. You can record a partial run too.

Questions

Can my team use the same template?
For now templates are personal. Sharing them is a candidate for later, together with the sharing settings. Until then, paste the template text and have each person create their own.
Is there a drone pre-flight checklist?
The "Before leaving for the site" example is a pre-flight check. The reasoning behind each item is in our drone pre-flight checklist guide.
Can it remind me at a set time each day?
No. It sends no notifications. Your templates are simply there when you open it.
Do I need to sign in?
No. Without signing in, templates and history stay in this browser.
