What Airffic Reading is

A list of the books you have read is an outline of who you are. Airffic Reading keeps three shelves, reading, read, and want to read, and moves a book with one tap when you finish it. It shows how many books this year and a bar per month. There is no target and no "behind schedule". The count is yours.

There is a place for passages. When a sentence stops you, write it down with the page number, and search for it later by word. There is no book database lookup and no cover import. You type the title and author yourself, which makes this the lightest reading log there is.

It works without signing in, in which case records stay in this browser. Sign in and they are saved to your account, so the same shelves open on another device.

How to use it

  1. 1Add a bookTitle and author. Choose Start reading or Add to want-to-read.
  2. 2Finish with one tapUnder Reading, add a rating (optional) and tap Finished. It moves to Read and counts toward this year.
  3. 3Keep a passageUnder Passages, pick a book and enter the text and page. Search by word later.

Questions

Can it look up book details automatically?
Not yet. You type the title and author. ISBN or book database lookup is a candidate for later.
Can I set a yearly target?
No. It simply shows this year’s count and a bar per month. If you want to chase a number, use Airffic Goals.
I only want to keep passages.
You can keep a passage without choosing a book. Airffic Highlights is a dedicated tool for collecting passages from books and articles.
Do I need to sign in?
No. Without signing in, records stay in this browser.
