What Airffic Trip is

Once the destination and dates are set, line up each day’s travel, stay, activities, and meals in time order. Airffic Trip is that itinerary and nothing more. Travel and stays can be marked booked, so you can see at a glance what still needs booking. Packing lists are made in Airffic Packing.

There is no booking-site integration, no confirmation-email import, and no map. It is a hand-written itinerary. Sharing it with travel companions is a candidate for later, together with the sharing settings. Until then, show the screen or copy it out.

It works without signing in, in which case itineraries stay in this browser. Sign in and they are saved to your account and open on other devices.

How to use it

  1. 1Add a tripTitle, destination, departure and return dates.
  2. 2Add entriesDay, time, type (travel, stay, activity, meal), and a line. Travel and stays can be marked booked.
  3. 3Check bookingsThe Bookings tab separates what is booked from what is not.

Questions

Can it import booking confirmation emails?
Not yet. Enter bookings by hand and mark them booked.
Can I share it with travel companions?
Not yet. Sharing is a candidate for later.
Where is the packing list?
In Airffic Packing, with templates for business trips, vacations, and field sites. Joining it to the itinerary on one screen is a candidate for later.
Do I need to sign in?
No. Without signing in, itineraries stay in this browser.
