What Airffic Ask is

The slowest part of asking an AI anything is explaining your own situation first. How much you spent this month, what is on next week, last month’s clock-ins. Airffic Ask answers with your own Airffic records in hand, but only when you have said it may. You do not have to explain; the AI already has your context. That is the reason every Airffic app keeps its records on one shared foundation.

By default, nothing is shared. Only when you choose Share in Settings are your own app records attached to each question. Records shared this way are used only to produce the answer and are not retained by the AI. Answers come from Claude (Anthropic). Your questions and answers are kept in your history.

Templates are provided for replying to email, summarizing, rephrasing, and planning steps. Tap one and it fills the question box; add your details and ask. Check figures and legal points from the AI against a primary source.

How to use it

  1. 1AskType a question and ask. The answer leads with the conclusion, followed by reasons and steps.
  2. 2Use a templateChoose email reply, summary, rephrase, or plan from Templates and the question box is pre-filled.
  3. 3Let it use your recordsChoose Share in Settings and answers take your budget, calendar, clock-ins, and other records into account. The default is off.
  4. 4Look backQuestions and answers are kept and can be searched by word.

Questions

Which records go to the AI?
Only when you allow it in Settings, and then only your own Airffic records for this account: budget, calendar, tasks, clock-ins, and so on, all things you wrote yourself. Nobody else’s records are shared.
Does the AI keep the records I share?
No. They are used only to produce the answer.
Can I have a back-and-forth conversation?
For now it is one question, one answer. Follow-up questions that build on the previous answer are a candidate for later.
Which AI is it?
Claude, by Anthropic, instructed to lead with the conclusion and to say plainly when it does not know.
Do I need to sign in?
Yes, for asking the AI. Using your records requires those records to be in your account, so signing in is a prerequisite.
