What Airffic Farm is

A farm diary needs, for every field, when, what and how much. Airffic Farm registers fields (name, area, crop) and logs sowing, fertilizing, spraying, harvest and other work with a date. Harvest shows as a bar per field.

Spraying has its own tab where you record the product name and the rate or dilution. In Japan, pesticide users are expected to keep a record of each application (Ministry of Agriculture ordinance on standards for pesticide users, Article 9), and the fields here are laid out to capture those items. Many other countries have similar record-keeping requirements; check the current guidance from your own agricultural authority. This screen does not judge whether an application was lawful.

If you spray by drone, aircraft registration, flight permission and flight logs are separate obligations; start with the guide to flying a drone in Japan.

Questions

Can I use it as my pesticide application record?
It captures date, field, crop, product and rate. What is mandatory and how long records must be kept vary by country and change over time, so confirm with your agricultural authority.
Does it record weather and temperature?
Not automatically; write it in the note. A weather link is on the roadmap. Wind forecasts are in Airffic Weather.
Is there a map of my fields?
No. The app is designed not to handle location data.
