What Airffic Forms is

Line up questions, collect answers. Airffic Forms lets you build a form from a title and questions of three kinds, text, choice, and number, and shows the responses as a list and as counts. Site interviews, weekly reviews, inspection records. Ask the same questions in the same shape every time and the answers become comparable.

To be honest about it: in the current version, there is no way to hand someone a URL and have them answer. Records are readable only by the person who wrote them (row-level access control), so letting others respond has to be built together with a sharing setting that lets you choose who sees what. Until then, it is a tool for building question templates and answering them yourself, repeatedly. The URL shape (/apps/forms?f=…) is already designed so it will keep working.

It works without signing in, in which case records stay in this browser. Sign in and they are saved to your account, so the same forms open on another device.

How to use it

  1. 1Build the questionsA title and questions. Each answer is text, a choice, or a number. Separate choices with commas.
  2. 2AnswerOpen the form under Answer and submit. Responses are saved as your own records.
  3. 3See the responsesChoices as bars of counts, numbers as average, minimum, and maximum, text one by one.

Questions

Can other people answer my form?
Not yet. Records are readable only by their author, so letting others respond is a candidate for later, together with the sharing settings.
What is it good for?
Records where you answer the same questions yourself, repeatedly: interviews per site, weekly reviews, inspection findings. Build the template first and the answers become comparable.
Can I export responses as CSV?
Not yet. It is a candidate for later.
Do I need to sign in?
No. Without signing in, forms and responses stay in this browser.
