What Airffic SiteReport is

A daily site report is written every day and is a chore every day. Airffic SiteReport has eight fields: date, site, weather, headcount, work done, number of photos, issues and tomorrow’s plan. Write today’s page and the per-site and per-month totals appear on their own.

The print view lays one report out on A4 for printing or saving as PDF, so a client who wants paper is not a problem. The photos themselves are not stored; only the count is.

It works without signing in; records stay on this device. Sign in and the same reports open on any device.

How to use it

  2. 2See the totalsBy site: days and total labor. By month: working days, total labor and a bar per site.
  3. 3PrintPick a page in the print view and print or save it as an A4 PDF.

Questions

Can I attach photos?
Only the count for now. Attachments are on the roadmap. Keep the photos on the device that took them.
Can I match the main contractor’s form?
There is one layout. Extra fields and custom layouts are on the roadmap.
Can I combine reports from several people?
Records are readable only by the account that wrote them. Share them with specific people in the sharing settings.
