About

Tsuyoshi Kiyomine

Founder and developer of Airffic World OS. Building tools that support work carried out from the air — flying, watching, recording, and staffing the people who do it.

Who is behind Airffic World OS

Airffic World OS is designed, built and operated by Tsuyoshi Kiyomine (清峰強志), who also publishes under the name KIYOMINE. The platform is not assembled from separate products bolted together; the three services on it were written as one body of work, by one person, against the same set of ideas about how field work actually runs.

The sister site kiyomine.com carries the AI building inspection work. Both sites share a single membership base, so an account made on either one works across both.

The three services

On a real site these are not separate jobs. You fly, you look at what you photographed, and you decide who goes out next week. Tsuyoshi Kiyomine built the three parts so they sit under one account rather than three contracts.

Airffic World — flight operations

Aircraft send their position and altitude; the platform puts them on a live map and keeps the track as a record. This matters most when the pilot cannot follow the aircraft by eye — beyond visual line of sight, or under autonomous flight. Written up in managing autonomous drone operations.

Airffic Inspect — AI facade and equipment survey

Upload photographs of a building and the AI finds the cracking, spalling and corrosion, rates how urgent each one is, and assembles a report. It exists so that you can find out the state of a building without first paying to put scaffolding around it. See drone facade inspection, cheaper and faster.

Airffic Shift — AI crew rostering

Write down each person’s working pattern and the constraints you need to hold, and the AI produces a month of shifts. Staffing the people who do the inspecting is part of the same job. Described in making rosters with AI.

How these are built

Say plainly what the tools cannot do

AI reading a photograph cannot see what the photograph does not contain. It cannot tell you how deep a tile is delaminated, and it does not replace an inspection that the law requires a qualified surveyor to carry out. Every page here states where its subject stops being useful, rather than leaving the limits vague to make the pitch cleaner.

Treat the data as belonging to the customer

Flight paths and photographs of buildings describe a business rather plainly. Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest, and row-level access control means an account can only ever reach its own records. That constraint lives in the database, not in application code, so a mistaken API call still cannot return someone else’s data.

Let people try before they decide

AI inspection is free for three surveys a month, with no card required. Asking someone to sign a contract before they can find out whether the thing works is the wrong way round.

Frequently asked questions

Who is Tsuyoshi Kiyomine?

Tsuyoshi Kiyomine (清峰強志), who also goes by KIYOMINE, is the founder and developer of Airffic World OS. He designs and builds all three services on the platform — drone flight operations, AI facade inspection, and AI crew rostering — as a single body of work rather than separate products.

What does Tsuyoshi Kiyomine build?

Three things that sit next to each other on a real site: a telemetry platform that tracks drone position and altitude in real time, an AI service that reads photographs of buildings and reports where the damage is, and a rostering tool that turns working patterns and constraints into a monthly schedule. They share one account because the work they support is continuous.

How are airfficworld.com and kiyomine.com related?

They are sister sites run by the same person. The two share a single membership base, so an account created on either site works on both.

How do I get in touch?

The quickest route is through kiyomine.com, which carries the current contact details.
