What Airffic Countdown is

Days until the car inspection. Days until the move. Days since the company was founded. Let the tool do the counting so you can pay attention to the day itself. Airffic Countdown takes a title and a date and lists everything by how soon it comes, counted from today.

"Until" shows days remaining; "Since" shows days elapsed, counting the date itself as day one. When an "until" date passes, it simply reads "N days ago" and stays in the list. The Calendar tab marks your dates on a month grid.

You can use it without signing in, in which case your dates stay in this browser. Sign in and they are saved where only your account can read them, so the same list opens on another device. Notifications and yearly recurring anniversaries are candidates for later. The app itself is currently in Japanese; an English interface is on the roadmap.

How to use it

  1. 1Add a dateEnter a title and a date, choose Until or Since, and add.
  2. 2See the listDates are ordered by how soon they come. Until shows days left; Since shows the day count.
  3. 3See the calendarThe Calendar tab marks your dates on a month grid. Arrows move between months.

Questions

How is "day N" counted?
The date itself is day one and the next day is day two. The number of days elapsed (with the date as zero) is shown in parentheses.
What happens after a date passes?
An "until" date reads "N days ago" and stays. Delete it if you no longer need it.
What about yearly anniversaries?
For now each entry is a single date. Yearly recurrence and notifications are candidates for later.
Do I need an account?
No. Without signing in, your dates stay in this browser.
