What Airffic Health is

Many people keep weight, steps, sleep and meals in four separate apps. Airffic Health records all four on one screen, lined up by date. You do not have to fill in everything every day. A weight-only day or a meals-only day is fine. Put them side by side and the trend shows itself.

Weight is drawn as a line over the most recent 30 entries; steps and sleep are shown as averages. There are no targets and no scores. What to do with the numbers is for you and, if needed, your doctor to decide.

There is no automatic sync with smartwatches or pedometers; this is a hand-entered log. It works without signing in, in which case the records stay on this device. Sign in and they are saved where only you can read them, available from any device, on the same foundation as your other Airffic records (budget, shopping list, meals). The app itself is currently in Japanese; an English interface is on the roadmap.

How to use it

  1. 1Enter today's numbersWeight, steps and hours of sleep, whichever you know. Meals in a single line.
  2. 2See the trendA weight line and averages for steps and sleep. The line appears after two or more entries.
  3. 3Keep goingIt need not be daily. Weighing on the same weekday at the same time keeps the line honest.

Questions

Does it sync with a smartwatch?
No. It is a hand-entered log. Sync is a future candidate, but health records are the most sensitive data we hold, so any widening of what we collect will be preceded by a revision of the privacy policy.
Can I track my period or a pregnancy?
There is no dedicated field. You can write in the notes, but this kind of record needs its own care, and a dedicated design is under consideration.
Does it give medical advice?
No. It shows records and trends only. Talk to a doctor about your health.
Who can see my records?
Only you. Row-level access control means other users, and our own screens, cannot see them.
