What Airffic Home is

The day the water heater dies, you need to know where the warranty is, when it was last repaired, and what it cost. A home’s history is usually scattered between the back of a drawer and someone’s memory. Airffic Home keeps the things in your home and their repairs, inspections, and purchases on one page. Warranties are sorted by expiry, and costs are shown as bars by year.

Enter the purchase date and warranty expiry when you add an item, and the Warranties tab orders them by when they run out. After a repair or inspection, write the date, a line, and the cost. The by-location view shows what is in each room. It does not store photos or scanned warranty cards; it is a written record.

It works without signing in, in which case records stay in this browser. Sign in and they are saved to your account and open on other devices. For exterior walls, Airffic Inspect reads cracks, delamination, and staining from photos with AI; that is a separate service. This app is for the inside of the home.

How to use it

Questions

Can I store a photo of the warranty card?
Not yet. It is a written record (expiry, store, notes). Photo storage is a candidate for later.
Will it warn me before a warranty expires?
It sends no notifications. Open the Warranties tab and they are sorted by expiry, with anything inside 30 days highlighted.
Can I record exterior wall or roof inspections?
You can log an inspection as an event. To read wall deterioration from photos, use Airffic Inspect.
Do I need to sign in?
No. Without signing in, records stay in this browser. Sign in and they are saved to your account and open on other devices.
