What Airffic Assets is
An asset register usually lives in one spreadsheet or in one person’s head. Only one person can answer when the fire extinguishers are next due. Airffic Assets gives every item a location, a category, an interval and a next inspection date, and opens on the items due soonest. Overdue items are red.
When you record an inspection, the next due date moves forward by the interval automatically. The result is one of two values: pass or fail. A fail carries a note of what was wrong. The result is exactly what the person tapped; nothing is inferred by the software.
It works without signing in; records stay on this device. Sign in and they move to storage only your account can read. The register and its history export to CSV. The data is yours.
How to use it
- 1Add an itemName, location, category, interval and next inspection date. Fire extinguishers, HVAC, distribution boards, water tanks.
- 2See what is dueSorted by due date. Red is overdue; orange is due within 30 days.

Questions
- Are statutory inspection intervals built in?
- No. You set the interval yourself. Statutory intervals for fire safety, lifts, building services and so on depend on your jurisdiction and equipment type; check the primary source for your country.
- Can I attach photos?
- Not yet. Photo attachments and a printable inspection sheet are on the roadmap.
- Can several people use the same register?
- Records are readable only by the account that entered them. You can share with specific people you choose in the sharing settings.
- Can I manage exterior wall inspections here?
- You can register the facade as an item. For the drone-based facade inspection itself, see the facade inspection service and the guide to facade defects.
