Street addresses are left out by design, so no tenant's home address is stored. A name is enough to tell properties apart.

What Airffic Property is

A small landlord needs three things in one place: properties, tenancies and repairs. Airffic Property holds properties (name, town or city, number of units, year built), tenancies (unit, who, since when, rent) and repairs (when, what, how much) on one screen, so vacancies and repair spend are visible per property.

Street addresses are deliberately not entered. That keeps the app from holding tenants’ home addresses; a property name is enough to tell them apart. For tenants, contact details, employers and guarantors are not stored either. Keep the lease where it is. This is only who is in which unit since when.

For the exterior, the year built gives a rough guide to when an inspection is worth considering, with links to the facade inspection service and the guide to facade defects. Per-item inspection intervals belong in Airffic Assets.

Questions

Does it track rent payments?
No. Rent is stored as an amount on the tenancy. Matching payments is on the roadmap.
Can I store tenant contact details?
There is no field for them. The design keeps personal data to a minimum. Keep contact details with the lease.
Can I use it for my tax return?
Repairs are kept with date, description and cost, and totals are per property only. Prepare the tax forms separately.
