What Airffic Learning is

A single facade inspection tells you what is there now. Only when the same building is inspected again after some time and the two are lined up can you see whether it is getting worse. Airffic Learning groups the records saved by the facade inspection by building and lines up the number of findings per inspection, by severity (high, medium, low).

It is a read-only app. It never changes an inspection record. You see only inspections by you and by people in your own company. Because these numbers bear on safety, the same inspection shows the same numbers every time you open it. There is no AI estimation in this screen.

It does not predict. It extends the difference between the last two inspections by one step and shows that as a single line clearly marked as a rough guide. When to repair is decided on site and by a qualified professional; this app lays out the material for that decision.

How to use it

  1. 1Save inspections under the same building nameIn the facade inspection, use the same name for the same building. A different spelling becomes a different building.
  2. 2See it per buildingNumber of inspections, dates and the latest finding counts.
  3. 3See the trendFindings per inspection as bars, with "more" or "fewer" than last time in words, and a table by severity.
  4. 4Compare twoPut an earlier and a later inspection side by side and compare the locations and descriptions of the findings.

Questions

Does it predict deterioration?
No. It shows one line extending the difference between the last two inspections, explicitly labeled as a rough guide, not a statistic or a forecast.
Are findings at the same spot linked automatically?
Not yet. "More" means the count of findings went up. Tracking the same spot across inspections is on the roadmap.
Whose inspections can I see?
Yours and those of people in the same company. The scope is the same as for the inspection records themselves.
What do I see before signing in?
A sample of what repeated inspections look like. Real data appears once you sign in and save inspections.
